Watch your children’s faces when the Supertrees at Gardens by the Bay light up and the music starts. Then come the dolphins, the roller-coasters, the cable car over the rainforest in Genting – and you realise this is the trip they will still talk about when they grow up.

Visa for Indians
- Singapore: Indians need a visa, applied for through an authorised visa agent (we handle this). Processing usually takes three to five working days. Every traveller also submits the free SG Arrival Card online within three days before arrival.
- Malaysia: visa-free for Indians for up to 30 days under a scheme running until 31 December 2026; submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) before arrival.
A 7-night family itinerary
- Singapore (4 nights): Gardens by the Bay and the light show, Marina Bay Sands views, Sentosa Island with Universal Studios, S.E.A. Aquarium and the cable car, the Night Safari and Singapore Zoo.
- Kuala Lumpur & Genting (3 nights): Petronas Twin Towers, Batu Caves, the cable car to Genting Highlands with its cool air and theme park. Add Langkawi for two beach nights if you have time.
Singapore is the easiest first international trip for families – clean, safe, and everything works.
When to go
Both countries are warm and humid all year, with short tropical showers. February to April is usually the driest. Summer holidays (May–June) and December are the busiest for Indian families – book early for the best hotels.
