Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Ho Chi Minh City

Day 01: Arrival at Ho Chi Minh City, Welcome to Vietnam, Upon your arrival at Ho Chi Minh City, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to explore Ho Chi Minh on your own.

Day 2: Full Day Ho Chi Minh City Tour with Cu Chi Tunnels

Enjoy Breakfast the Hotel, In the morning, we will pick you up in the hotel lobby and start the trip by visiting the most highlights of the city, including Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, Reunification Palace, and War Remnants Museum. With our knowledgeable tour guide, you will learn more about this interesting city. After having lunch in a local restaurant, we will head to Chi Tunnels, 60km far from city center. This network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. You will spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla‟s food during the war). We will return to Sai Gon in late afternoon

Day 3: Departure from Ho Chi Minh City - Arrival at Da Nang

Upon your arrival at Da Nang airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Check-in and relax for some time. Rest of the day is free to explore Da Nang on your own.

Day 4: Ba Na Hills Tour - Private (Includes Golden Bridge)

After breakfast Leave the bustle of Da Nang for a day and escape to the mountainous serenity of the Ba Na Hills. After visiting the Linh Ung Pagoda, take a cable car to the top of Nui Chua Mountain and grab lunch in a local restaurant. Spend the rest of your afternoon captivated by the attractions at Fantasy Park. Your morning begins with pickup from your hotel. A friendly guide drives you out of the city to Ba Na Hills, a resort founded in the 1920s by French colonists. On the way there, stop at Linh Ung Pagoda to marvel at a 220-foot (67-m) statue of a Bodhisattva. Pass by old French villas and a historic wine cellar, learning about the French occupation of Vietnam from your guide. Once in the mountains, board a cable car and ride to the summit of Nui Chua Mountain. Make the easy trek to Nghinh Phong Peak and enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding region, and then stop in a restaurant for a tasty lunch of Vietnamese cuisine. Later, venture to Ba Na Hill's Fantasy Park, an indoor entertainment zone with thrilling games for the whole family. Following an afternoon of adventure, make your way back to Da Nang with your guide.

Day 5: Departure from Da Nang - Arrival at Hanoi - Transfer to Hotel - Water Puppet Show

On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our local representative will be waiting outside the customs area to welcome you and to take you to your hotel (Check-in time is 3.00 pm). Rest of the day is free for you to explore Hanoi Town on your own. This is the night out in Hanoi which will show you different sights of Hanoi: Enjoy a traditional theatrical performance followed by traditional Vietnamese cuisine at a famous restaurant – a great evening. The tradition of water puppet theatre stems from a time when rice paddy fields were flooded and villagers would make entertainment by standing in the waist-deep water with the puppets performing over the water. Shows at this modern theatre are performed in a pool of water as the stage for the puppets. The puppets are controlled by no more than eight puppeteers hiding behind a bamboo screen. The renowned Thang Long Water Puppet show is considered to be one of the cultural highlights of Northern Vietnam dating back to a tradition that first started in the Red River Delta.

Day 6: Full Day Tam Coc - Hoa Lu - Private Tour with Local Lunch

After breakfast proceed for A 90km drive south of Hanoi will lead you to Ninh Binh, the site of the one capital city of ancient Vietnam before Hanoi took its leading role in 11th century. The area is featured by lots of well-known sceneries, which include Tam Coc Caves and Hoa Lu ancient capital with the old temples dedicated to King Dinh & King Le reigned in 10th century. The visit in Ninh Binh starts by a boat trip in Tam Coc where spectacular limestone karsts jut out from the green paddy fields reminding about Guilin (China) and Halong Bay of Vietnam, which gives this scenery the name “Halong-bay-on-land”. Further discovery in Ninh Binh will be continued in the site that used to be the kings‟ palace in 10th century and now famous for the wooden relieves of the shady Dinh and Le temples. Late afternoon back to Hanoi

Day 7: Full Day Tour of Halong Bay with Lunch

Enjoy Breakfast at the hotel, Morning, meet our guide at hotel and transfer to Halong Bay, literally called Descending Dragon Bay, is the most wondrous of bays sculpted when an ancient dragon swished its immense tail. Vietnam’s most obvious attraction is Ha Long Bay, adjacent to the Gulf of Tonkin, and currently attracting nearly two million visitors each year. Despite its status as one of Vietnam’s busiest tourist centers, its enormous scale, unique geomorphology and indisputable splendor makes a visit almost essential. Enjoy 06-hour cruise to visit islands and grottoes, leaving those that have been equipped with lights, walkways, refreshment stalls and souvenir shops to the tourists. The special point is Sung Sot, for its remarkable stalactites and stalagmites. Return back to Hanoi in the evening for overnight stay.

Day 8: Departure from Hanoi

After breakfast, check-out from your hotel. Later in the day you will be transferred to the airport to catch your return flight back home.
