Overview

Combine Lakshadweep's capital with its gateway island on this well-rounded six-day journey. A speed vessel carries you from Agatti to Kavaratti, where you can explore the museum, jetty, sandy beaches and the calm blue lagoon at a gentle pace., Back on Agatti, enjoy a guided island tour with dinner on the beach, a full-day boat trip to Thinnakara Island and an evening visit to the rocky islet of Kalpitty. All meals, inter-island transfers and permit formalities are taken care of.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Agatti – Transfer to Kavaratti

On arrival at Agatti Airport, our representative will guide you to the Eastern Jetty for a speed-vessel transfer to Kavaratti Island, a journey of around two to two and a half hours.

On arrival, check in and enjoy a welcome drink while you are briefed on the facilities. Spend the evening on the idyllic beaches of Kavaratti.

Overnight: Kavaratti

Day 2: Exploring Kavaratti

A day dedicated to sightseeing on Kavaratti, including the museum, the Eastern Jetty, the desalination plant, the lagoon-fringed beach, Sandy Beach and the fish hatchery.

Day 3: Return to Agatti – Island Tour & Beach Dinner

Transfer back to Agatti in the early morning and check in with a welcome drink. After lunch and some rest, enjoy evening tea followed by a guided tour of Agatti covering the museum, Eastern Jetty, desalination plant, lagoon beach and fish hatchery. Return for dinner served on the beach.

Day 4: Day Trip to Thinnakara Island

A day dedicated to Thinnakara Island. A special boat from Agatti takes you across the lagoon, with lunch served on board or on a beach along the way. After a short break, continue to Thinnakara Island for sightseeing, and return to Agatti by sunset.

Day 5: Excursion to Kalpitty Rocky Island

Spend the day at leisure or enjoy activities of your choice. In the evening, you will be taken to the nearby rocky islet commonly known as Kalpitty for a signature sightseeing experience.

Day 6: Departure from Agatti

After a delicious breakfast, check out and transfer to Agatti Airport for your return flight with wonderful memories of the islands.
